Mrs. Judy Miller

Judy Miller is currently the Chief of Staff for Lt. Governor Will Ainsworth. She has been active in children’s programs for most of her 30-year career as the former Executive Director of the Marshall County Legislative Delegation. She has served on the Board of Directors and as President of the Child Advocacy Center of Marshall County for over 25 years, working to make critical services available to children and families who are victims of sexual abuse.

Mrs. Miller has worked closely with the Department of Human Resources to provide oversight and improve quality protocol in child protective service cases and to bring about community collaboration between stakeholders and DHR.

She was the co-founder of a 501(c)3 program, which successfully reduced teenage pregnancies through an abstinence-based curriculum, and she was appointed by local judiciary to the Children’s Policy Council where she served on the welfare sub-committee. Mrs. Miller was active in United Way for 20 years, serving as President, Board Member and on the Campaign Cabinet. She has a long record of community service in many diverse areas including the governing board of the Marshall County Youth Leadership program.
